These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Glowara online store. Glowara is operated by WABARTUM LTD. By placing an order, you agree to these terms together with the policies linked from this website.

1. Products

We take reasonable care to describe and display our products accurately. Product colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device and display settings. We may update product descriptions, availability or specifications where reasonably necessary.

2. Prices and Taxes

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). Applicable taxes are included where required. Delivery charges and any discounts or promotions applicable to your order are shown before you complete checkout.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy the products in your basket. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance and payment has been successfully processed. We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, for example because of stock availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors or payment issues. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.

4. Payment

You must provide current, complete and accurate billing, payment and contact information. Payments are processed using the payment methods made available at checkout.

5. Delivery

Delivery options, charges and estimates are described on our Shipping & Delivery page and are also shown at checkout where applicable. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless a guaranteed service is expressly stated.

6. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Your cancellation and return rights are explained in our Returns & Refunds policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable UK consumer law.

7. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discount codes and free-delivery offers may be subject to separate conditions, including eligibility dates, minimum order values or qualifying products. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively to completed orders.

8. Website Use and Intellectual Property

The Glowara name, branding, product photography, graphics, copy and other original website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You must not reproduce, copy or commercially exploit our original content without permission.

9. Customer Content and Reviews

If you submit feedback, reviews, photographs or other content to us, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is not unlawful or misleading. We may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary.

10. Third-Party Services

Our store is powered by Shopify and may use third-party services for payments, analytics, fulfilment, delivery and other store functions. Those services may have their own terms and privacy notices.

11. Errors and Availability

We may correct genuine errors or omissions relating to product information, pricing, promotions, availability or delivery information. If a material error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate option, which may include cancellation and refund.

12. Liability and Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or limits your statutory rights as a consumer. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for losses arising from misuse of a product contrary to the instructions provided.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the version in force when your order is placed, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
