Glowara currently delivers to customers in the United Kingdom.

UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery is £2.99 per order, unless a free-delivery offer or other promotion is applied at checkout. The delivery charge applicable to your order is shown before payment is completed.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared for dispatch after payment has been successfully authorised. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next working day.

Delivery Estimates

Available delivery services and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout where available. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees unless we expressly confirm a guaranteed service.

Unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you, we will deliver your order without undue delay and within the period required by applicable UK consumer law.

Tracking

If a tracked delivery service is used, tracking information will normally be sent to the email address provided with your order once the parcel has been dispatched.

Delivery Address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery address.

Delayed, Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order is significantly delayed, appears to be lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at info@glowara.co.uk with your order number. For damaged deliveries, photographs of the packaging and product may help us resolve the issue more quickly.
